This toilet was found behind an old boarded up out-shed which backed onto a property, the client had problems with rats gaining access into the kitchen ceiling. The brown mark is caused by grease from the rats bodies and the floor was about an inch deep in Rat droppings. We removed the toilet and blocked the drain pipe, cleaned and disinfected the area. No more rats since.
