Celebrating New Beginnings: Our New Pest Control Satellite Office

For the past 27 years, our pest control business has grown and thrived from a home office—like many SMEs. Over the years, our equipment and supplies were spread across various storage areas, our homes, and the vans on the road. As our business evolved, so did the need for a centralised space that could better support our operations.

Earlier this year, we embarked on a project to create a dedicated satellite office and storage facility. With the generous support of one of our long-term clients, who offered us a plot of land to lease, our dream began to take shape. With their support, we brought our vision to life!

Our new space may not be a skyscraper with a glass front, but it truly reflects who we are as a business—practical, grounded, and committed to quality. It provides us with a unified hub for our equipment, a dedicated meeting space, and a true “home” for our team.

On a personal note, this space holds special significance. Earlier this year, I lost my father, and clearing out his house was a bittersweet process. One cherished piece I was able to bring with us was the family dining table. It’s now our meeting table, the place where new plans are made. I know my father would be happy to see it being used in a space that means so much to us.
