From the initial phone call where my query was handled in a professional and prompt manner to the gentleman turning up to deal with the Wasps Nest in the loft. Was advised it would be over the next couple of days depending on weather - phone call then a couple of hours later to check if coming in half an hour was okay. Turned up on time. Took care with shoe covers to keep the carpets clean. Dealt with the wasp nest quickly. Happy to answer my questions. Can't fault them at all. Would thoroughly recommend.

After several nests of agitated wasps had made areas of the garden a no go zone, I sent an enquiry via email. The response was almost immediate and I received clear information about the process and price. Later that day we had a visit, the process was well explained, with written information left. The nests were treated and within a few hours we were wasp free. Treatment was very targeted as we still have loads of bees, moths and other insects in the garden. Great service and would recommend. I wish I had called earlier and I would have avoided a number of stings.

Rang Guardian Pest Control on Monday morning. Neil arrived at 08:45 on Tuesday morning and tackled the underground wasp nest in my garden. Four hours later there appears to be no wasps around. Prior to Neil's vist the area around the nest was inundated with them. Excellent service, highly recommended.

I just wished to say thank you to Hugh who was very helpful over the phone on Saturday morning. I called as we had lots of very angry wasps in our bathroom which had obviously come through the light fitting in the bathroom from the loft. He advised us clearly about what to do, which we have done. There was no fee for this advice and I am very grateful, it was a very stressful day as we were taking our daughter to London to Uni and she had been stung in the shower! I called Guardian Pest control after being let down by another company. I had concerns about a wasps nest in my garden in a weeping willow tree. Within 5 minutes of calling they had confirmed with me that the wasp activity I was seeing was entirely normal for this time of year as the tree is giving out a sweet sap to that wasps like and that what I was seeing did not require a call out. We were cursed with a hornet's nest an one end of the roof and wasps at the other. Living with all the windows and doors closed in the middle of a hot summer was miserable and the stripey b*stards were still getting in at every opportunity. I called Guardian, who arrived on time, answered all of my wasp/hornet questions and dealt with the problem quickly and with no drama.

After a couple of weeks without seeing a single wasp or hornet I'm wondering why I haven't gone looking for a nest every year. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Guardian and will call them first if we end up under siege again. Experts.
