Ryan has been absolutely amazing in dealing with our rat issue. He’s been professional, always explains things to us and keeps us in the loop. He’s been great in coming back out to help when we’ve needed and is always in a good mood. He really did go above and beyond to help us out, especially as we when we found the situation distressing. Cannot recommend this company enough to anyone with a pest issues.

Due to an ongoing rat issue at my social housing property, Magna HA employed Neil from Guardian Pest Control to visit. Neil is extremely knowledgeable, professional and very considerate. After a 3rd visit when the rats had returned, as I can hear them in the loft which is very noisy, he even went to next door's property, after seeking permission, and was able to locate an entrance the rats were using in the wall. He sealed this off and thankfully from a follow-up today, there is no further evidence of their return, which I am soo pleased about. I would highly recommend Guardian Pest Control who go over and above. Thank you very much.

We called Guardian for a new rat problem and Ross arrived the same day. He was extremely polite, courteous and informative, explaining the nature of our problem which was partly due to my copious bird feeding 😉 As we have dogs, we didn't want to use poison and so it took a little longer to eradicate our problem but Ross persevered, returning every couple of weeks and we are now rat free. I cannot recommend Ross too highly and will use only him for any future pest problems. Quite frankly, he's delightful.

We have a smallholding and the inevitable rat and mouse issues, with the occasional wasp or hornet nest. Guardian Pest Control started to visit us when we first moved here about 25 years ago and they have been fantastic. We are on a contract, so they arrive regularly to check bait boxes and leave an online report. When we have had an urgent problem, like hornets nesting in the eaves of our house and trying to get into the bedroom at night, they have responded really quickly to deal with the nest. They are very knowledgeable about all the species that they deal with and are also sensitive to environment considerations. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Agreed to fit me in quickly, on the day I requested. Matt rang in morning to arrange suitable time and arrived promptly. He was friendly and informative, giving me advice and information as he checked the house, inside and outside. Traps were left and I was given a report with recommendations on preventing further incursions. Traps were left down for a week, then Matt returned and removed the bodies. This was repeated till no more bodies. Would certainly recommend

I honestly cannot rate Guardian Pest Control highly enough. When I discovered I had rats in part of the house it was awful. I was stressed out, worried & feeling like it would be easier to move (!) But when Ross came over he instantly made the whole situation better. He was quick to come round, calm, knowledgeable & talked me through each stage of the treatment process. He’s got some great facts as well! More importantly he was thorough - checking not only the cupboard where the rats had been, but under kitchen kick-boards, in the walls and up in the loft. He showed me how they were getting in & advised me with what I needed from the water company in order to completely solve the problem. Communication was always open, with Ross checking in every now & then & I always knew I could text him anytime if I needed. Without doubt I would recommend GPC to anyone. Thanks Ross!!

Excellent service from the team at Guardian. Contacted regarding a rodent issue (mice and rats) in a couple of properties, Hugh was very quick to respond, explain what work would be undertaken and advised the cost of initial 3 visits upfront which was very reasonable. I didn't deal directly with Neil, the technician attending, however, the tenants were very happy with his service. Report provided after inspection gave a breakdown of what had been found, methods used, and the third (and hopefully!) final visit showing no further evidence of infestation. Will not hesitate to recommend Guardian Pest Control or use them again in the future should the need arise.
