Cockroaches are a type of insect that are found throughout the world. There are about 4,600 species of cockroaches, but only a few of them are considered pests that can infest homes and buildings.
Cockroaches are known for their ability to survive in a variety of environments, and can be found living in places such as sewers, basements, and kitchens. They are nocturnal and feed on a variety of things, including food scraps, rubbish, and even other insects.
Cockroaches can be a health hazard, as they can carry bacteria and other pathogens that can cause illnesses. They can also trigger allergies and asthma in some people.
There are various methods to control and prevent cockroach infestations, such as keeping homes and buildings clean and free of food scraps, sealing up cracks and crevices, and using insecticides and traps.
